Project Overview
Professional System Engineering, LLC provided bridging documents and consulting services for security, communications, audio/visual systems for this public-private partnership (P3) project. The new, $175M facility is replacing the 175-year-old Thomas Dorey Building, which no longer meets the county’s standards or needs.
