This 30-story prestigious office tower was a Jersey City Economic Development Corporation project in a special economic zone. The combination 5-level under/above ground parking structure, required security and card access. Systems also included intercom, computerized monitoring, high-rise stair/gate release security, CCTV, life safety interface and parking security.

This global financial securities trader required 30 networks including fiber coax and UTP-based media. PSE designed a large main call center, fallback center, network control and mainframe computer room. PSE provided for advanced communications through a structured cabling system for stock and fund trading areas and two floors of open office space.

PSE provided consulting services for corporate card access, security, central station, and CCTV systems. The 17-story tower required access control, controlled employee and handicapped access and CCTV. The rated central station required raised floor, all console designs, receiving equipment integration and monitoring for over 600 remote locations.
