Riverfront State Prison for NJ DPMC
Camden, NJ

PSE provided security and control systems upgrade, door access/control system PLC with touch screen control, CCTV retrofit, and intercom replacement. New master control center and eight new local control centers were provided.

Western Correctional Institution (WCI)
North and South Compounds
Cumberland, MD

Planning, design, and construction documentation was provided for this 40–acre site. Services included security, communications systems for various buildings, site-wide control, site-wide fire alarm monitoring, and satellite television. Systems included door and gate control, lighting, video surveillance, intercom, paging, nurse call, and duress/panic alarms. PSE has provided continuing support for over 8 years.

Jessup Correction Institution,
Phases I & II, and Support

PSE designed perimeter security fences with Fence Approach Detection Systems (FADS) and electronic security systems, site and perimeter lighting, control centers and control towers. Cost estimates and construction services were also provided.

Bayside State Prison
Leesburg, NJ

Professional Systems Engineering provided expert security and electrical design services for the removal and replacement of 40-year old cell doors, locks, and locking systems in Housing Units A-F at Bayside State Prison.

SCI Graterford East and West

Professional System Engineering continues to serve as the physical security, perimeter security, security electronics, detention hardware, technology, life safety, and communications consultant for the preparation of Bridging Documents for the proposed new SCI Graterford East and West facilities for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS).

George W. Hill Correctional Facility

Professional Systems Engineering provided program and engineering services to the Delaware County George W. Hill Correctional Facility for expansion of the video teleconference areas to develop a state-of-the-art teleconference center.

Denver Detention Center
Denver, Colorado

The new Denver Detention Center serves pre-sentenced inmates remanded to custody by the courts. PSE provided security and communication design and consulting services for the new four-story, 438,400 sq. sf., $157 million facility with a 1,500 bed capacity.

Rikers Island Correctional Facility
